1.  Personal Assistant to the CEO (all genders)



Location:  RVS Group Headquarters, 8010 Graz, Austria

Contract type:  Part-time (15 hours/week) | Permanent Position | Immediate Start

Salary:  Minimum €975 gross per month for 15 hours/week

(equivalent to €2,600 gross full-time; actual remuneration depends on qualifications and experience)

As Personal Assistant to the CEO, you will play a vital role in ensuring the seamless operation of the Executive Office, providing direct and hands-on support to the CEO across a wide range of responsibilities.


This is a dynamic and varied rolerequiring exceptional organisational skills, discretion, and adaptability. You will work closely with senior leadership, liaising with colleagues and external stakeholders across multiple time zones. With our business expanding, this role presents an exciting opportunity for growth, offering increasing levels of responsibility over time. After a successful onboarding period, the role also offers the possibility of partial remote work.



The Role


As Personal Assistant to the CEO, you will:


  • Provide proactive and hands-on support to the CEO in all administrative, organisational, and operational matters.
  • Manage the CEO’s diary, schedule meetings, and ensure timely preparation of materials.
  • Serve as a primary point of contact for internal and external stakeholders, often internationally.
  • Draft, refine, and structure reports, presentations, and key documents.
  • Conduct research and compile analysis to support strategic decision-making.
  • Plan and coordinate travel arrangements, meetings, and corporate events, ensuring seamless execution.
  • Oversee and enhance administrative processes and management systems.
  • Assist in daily office operations, ensuring efficiency and organisation.
  • Support with guest reception and Client interactions.



About You


With a keen eye for detail and a structured, solutions-oriented approach, you will thrive in a fast-paced environment, balancing multiple priorities with professionalism and discretion.


To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • Strong administrative and organisational skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks effectively.
  • A calm and composed approach, even when working under pressure.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in both English and German (additional languages are an asset).
  • Previous experience in a high-level assistant or office management role is desired.
  • Experience in the luxury hospitality, consulting, marketing, or luxury brands sectors is highly beneficial.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Teams); CRM experience is a plus.
  • A proactive and adaptable mindset, with a high degree of discretion and trustworthiness.
  • A valid driving licence (B) and the right to work in Austria.
